New hall – new processes – new software

Requirement/goal:

  • Relocation of logistics from Wuppertal-Cronenberg to Radevormwald
  • Modernisation of all logistics processes in the new logistics centre
  • Replacement of the old warehouse management software with an up-to-date, high-performance system
  • Integration of an automated small parts warehouse and new technologies
  • Improvement of process speed, usability and system integration
