Requirement/goal:

  • Replacement of outdated warehouse management system
  • Integration of a modern WMS with material handling system
  • Optimisation of the automated high-bay warehouse (8 aisles)
  • Improvement of end-to-end warehouse processes
  • Ensure minimal disruption during implementation

Solution/result:

  • Introduction of w3/max incl. material handling system
  • Complete replacement of the existing warehouse management software
  • Possibility of real-time stock tracking
  • Automatic ordering processes when stock levels fall below minimum levels
