w3logistics AG celebrated its 25th anniversary on 4 May 2025 – a significant milestone for the Dortmund-based company. Since its foundation in 2000, the company has established itself as a reliable partner in the digitalisation of logistics and has made a significant contribution to the technological development of customers from a wide range of industries.

Today, w3logistics AG can proudly look back on 25 years of experience, growth and partnership-based collaboration – while at the same time looking to a digital future in which efficiency, transparency and sustainability in logistics remain the focus.
“When I signed the articles of association of w3logistics AG together with Helmut Ludwigs and Hans Georg Kusber at the notary's office 25 years ago, we had a vision of the future. Things turned out very differently, but is that a bad thing? No, I think quite the opposite! We have overcome difficult times together and can be proud of our satisfied customers and a great team. A good starting point for many more successful years!” says founder and CEO Thomas Omerzu about the development of w3logistics.
w3logistics celebrated its anniversary together with its employees and their families. There was a champagne reception in Dortmund's Olpketal theatre, a delicious Ruhrpott buffet and then an amusing performance of “Von nix kommt nix” with “Günna”.
