w3logistics – new cooperation for your success
At the beginning of this year, a new partnership between w3logistics AG and Servicemann GmbH has been established. This cooperation enlarges our network and know-how in the area of logistics and creates shorter communication paths between both companies.
The company Servicemann GmbH from Pattensen has been founded in 2005 and is specialized in service, repair and distribution of dynamic and static warehouse systems and automation technology. Several successful projects that were jointly conducted during the last years finally grew into this cooperation which now allows for an optimal supplementation of expertise.
The paths of both cooperation partners crossed especially in the area of connecting devices of the company Kardex. While Servicemann has proven to be a competent partner of its clients when it comes to maintenance and modification of the devices, w3logistics has been caring for the software interfaces.
"Through this cooperation, our mutual clients get optimal service for their shuttle warehouses, hardware maintenance by Servicemann and software maintenance by w3logistics go hand in hand", is the conclusion of Thomas Omerzu, w3logistics' CEO.
In a first project, our customers already have been benefitting from the cooperation of the two companies. An error analysis which was jointly conducted by both partners lead to an optimisation of the project plan and to a shorter working time.
